Ukraine nationalizes two plants of Russia's LSR Group

MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) -- The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has ruled to nationalize company Aeroc, part of Russian construction holding company LSR Group, owning two aerated concrete plants, according to a statement of the State Investigation Bureau released on Wednesday.

With a capital of U.S. $11.8 million, Aeroc owned 24 properties in the Kiev and the Lvov regions.

The court also ordered to seize the money on the company’s accounts with the company and ready products.
